(1) The court designated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette shall have the authority to hear cases filed under this Act.
(2) The court appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall use the procedures and powers in accordance with the prevailing law relating to special courts while processing and disposing of cases under this Act.
(3) The decision made by the court under sub-section (1) shall be appealed to the Supreme Court.
(4) The Government of Nepal shall be the plaintiff in the case under this Act on charges of corruption.
